Our process...
 We begin with a visit to your home. At this stage, we evaluate your needs & desires and discuss the functionality of your project to get a sense of how to achieve your ideal space. We will carefully measure all spaces to be addressed and also discuss possible materials to be used, the work to be performed and your budget.- Next, we combine all of your ideas into a design and prepare a written, preliminary estimate outlining the scope of work to be performed.
- We then set up an appointment to meet with you in our showroom to select materials and review design ideas.
- Once you've selected your products, a final design is produced in the entire scope of work is reviewed and estimates are finalized.
- Next we will complete the required documentation to get your project scheduled. A contract will be prepared and executed which outlines all the material selections, the scope of work and general terms and conditions of the project. If necessary, permits will be obtained and the final job schedule be prepared considering the material delivery schedules.
- During the construction stage, Design Tec will work to schedule and manage all different facets of your project. The construction team and designers are always available for any questions you may have. We will handle all deliveries, haul away all debris and maintain a clean and safe worksite in your home or office.
- When the project is complete, we will conduct a final walk-through, inspect your project carefully and ensure that your project meets our high quality standards.
